. Shah Abu Muhammad Shamsul Kibria (শাহ আবু মোহাম্মদ শামসুল কিবরিয়া), commonly known as SAMS Kibria or Shams Kibria, was a renowned economist, diplomat and politician from Bangladesh. He served as the Minister of Finance of the government led by Sheikh Hasina from 1996 – 2001. He was elected a Member of Parliament in the general election of 2001.
