- Margrave of Bayreuth. Casimir (or Kasimir) of Brandenburg-Bayreuth (December 27, 1481 – September 21, 1527) was Margrave of Bayreuth from 1515 to 1527. Born in in Ansbach, he was the son of Frederick I and his wife Princess Sofia, a daughter of Kazimierz IV Jagiellon. In 1518, he married Susanna of Bavaria, the daughter of Albert IV, Duke of Bavaria.
