Chief Warrant Officer Louis Richard Rocco (November 19, 1938–October 31, 2002) born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, was a United States Army soldier who received the Medal of Honor—the United States' highest military decoration—for his actions near the village of Katum, in the Republic of Vietnam, during the Vietnam War.
