Francis Wallar
- United States Army Medal of Honor recipient. Francis Ashbury Wallar or Waller was a corporal in the 6th Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry Regiment of the Union Army who received the Medal of Honor. On July 1, 1863 while participating in the Battle of Gettysburg, he engaged a Confederate soldier in single combat, killing him and seizing his battle flag.
