- United States federal judge. Clarence G. Galston (April 18, 1876 – January 22, 1964) was a United States federal judge. Born in New York, New York, Galston received a B.S. from the College of the City of New York in 1895, an LL.B. from the New York University School of Law in 1899 and an A.M. from New York University in 1900.
