- United States federal judge. Robert B. Krupansky (August 15, 1921 – November 8, 2004) was a United States federal judge. Krupansky was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He received a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University in 1946. He received an LL.B. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1948.
