- United States federal judge. Woodrow Bradley Seals (December 24, 1917 – October 27, 1990) was a United States federal judge. Born in Bogalusa, Louisiana, Seals was a Major in the U.S. Army Air Force from 1941 to 1946, and was thereafter a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserves. He received an LL.B. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1949, entering private practice in Houston, Texas from 1949 to 1961.
