- United States federal judge. Inzer Bass Wyatt (March 29, 1907 – January 17, 1990) was a United States federal judge. Born in Huntsville, Alabama, Wyatt received an A.B. from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa in 1927 and an LL.B. from Harvard Law School in 1930. He was in private practice in New York City from 1930 to 1941. He served as a colonel in the United States Army during World War II, from 1942 to 1945.
