- Welsh politician; former MP, Assembly Member and leader of Plaid Cymru. Dafydd Wigley (formerly David Wigley; born 1 April 1943) is a Welsh politician. He served as Plaid Cymru Member of Parliament for Caernarfon from 1974 until 2001 and as an Assembly Member for Caernarfon from 1999 until 2003.
