- Lawyer. Lanka Sundaram M.A. , Ph.D. (January 1, 1905 – January 8, 1967) is an eminent Indian parliamentarian and an expert in international law. He was born in Chodavaram in Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. He did his primary education in Noble College, Machilipatnam. During at him during an oration, Maharajah of Baroda, Syaji Rao Gaekwad sponsored his education in England. He was studied in University of Oxford in International Law. Born 01/01/1905.
